About Alex H Parker 

Alex H Parker runs a busy and friendly talking therapy practice in the Northumbria area.  He is fully trained to Counselling Level 5 HNC & HND with vast experience in many issues. Alex also has has qualifications in  Psychology, Hypnotherapy, NLP, techniques of life coaching and in delivering advice and guidance.  He started his counselling career in 2006 where he worked with people who suffered from addictions and mental health problems. He has also supported people who suffer physical and learning disabilities to maintain quality of life and achieve their potential. As well as working with people who have suffered crime he has also worked with criminals in order to gain a greater understanding of human development and the limits of therapy. As well as developing the 'Hypothetical Mindfulness Perspective' Alex has also developed a fascinating  approach called "Therapeutic Cold Reading".  Alex works with Individuals and Couples throughout the world doing face to face visits or video conferencing.
